The flag is white with a green diagonal stripe and "J" and "W" (red) in the upper left and lower right corners, respectively, altogether the colours of Portugal.

About the company
The company was established by Johannes Eduard Alfred Wimmer in 1887 in Hamburg and moved to Lisboa in 1907. After the total confiscation of his ships by Portuguese government the company was dissolved after WWI.
