The flag of Oktyabrsky District can be seen at
https://geraldika.ru. It is horizontally divided blue and red with an
eagle wings outstretched in the blue field and a seven-branched spinning bunch
of twigs in the red field. Along the
dividing line are a sheathed sword overlain by a yellow latticed device.
