Description

Red-white-blue horizontal tricolour with the national flag in the canton, extending the depth of the red stripe (one third). In the fly, a white disk, bordered orange, bearing a sepia toned flying eagle clutching a sword.

Based on http://www.mpgis.gov.sb/index.php/resources/category/1-pgsp-newsletters the emblem on the flag is in black and white. That's confirmed by the flag used in the games at http://www.sportingpulse.com/gallery.cgi?g=2452&e=3511&et=1&c=1-3511-0-0-0.
