The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) underwent a reorganisation
on 1 July 2009 and adopted a new logo. At this point, I am not sure if there is
a flag bearing the new logo for the reorganised authority but it is quite
certain that the use of the former flag and blue logo has ceased.

There is use of the then-new logo flag; in this 2015 photo, the flag
can be seen outside the Singapore Aviation Academy and is placed between the national flag and the Academy flag.
