Necpaly is c. 20 km southeast of Martin. Its flag is on this site.

SLRV stands for "Sanctus Ladislaus Rex Ungariae" - Saint Ladislas, King of Hungary (1040-1095); he was king from 1077 on, and died in Nitrra. He was canonized in 1192. He is known in Hungary as Laszlo and is celebrated 27 June.
