Red Cross in South Sudan
The South Sudan red Cross was established on 09 July 2011 with the independence
of South Sudan. According to its
website, it was formerly a part of the Sudanese Red Crescent, its staff and
volunteers have decades of experience responding to emergencies, providing
health services and promoting social inclusion.
