Overview

So it could happen, the fact that one had not seen a flag it does not mean that such a flag do not exist.
I my last message about Chinese Taipei, I said that the Chinese Taipei Olympic Committee flag is used in all sporting events Chinese Taipei takes part, excepting those already mentioned: University Games, Paralympic Games and Deaflympics in which Chinese Taipei Team flies a distinctive flag in each one of them.
The yellow flag is not a football team flag nor a national flag, but the flag (at least the former one), as I stated before, of the Chinese Taipei Football Association, e.g. it is an organization’s flag [see the attachments]. The yellow flag which has at leat two variants: one with the body’s name in red chinese traditional lettering along the hoist, was replaced ca. 2006 by a new one consisting of a white cloth featuring the new football association’s emblem. In addition to that -I repeat- FIFA uses a blue flag to identify the Chinese Taipei Football Association.
Juan Manuel Gabino Villascán, 07 March 2014

The yellow one is true (for association, up to 2006). The white one with a bird logo is true, too (for association, since 2006). But the white one with a taijitu, national emblem and national flower is not true or not an official flag. It perhaps a version with misunderstanding because the host of the competition didn't have enough information. Chinese Taipei football team always (or usually) use Chinese Taipei Olympic flag in every event.

Chinese Taipei National Football Team

It is a bit of a problem, unless we can find a recent photograph: the extra lines we show along the division of black and white is no longer drawn in any of the emblems, but that's about all they agree on. There are version with the soccer symbol larger (Didn't we use to have one of those?), the parts are straight above each other, or tilted, the white can be left or right. Everyone seems to have their own ideas about this emblem. (Does that make it a bad symbol because people can' recall what it looks like, or a good emblem because people give their own twist to it?) A quick search has not yielded any actual flags, though. Is there an event where the flag must be visible?
Peter Hans van den Muijzenberg, 12 April 2012

The flag of the Chinese Taipei national football team replaces the Olympic rings with the taijitu (the yin and yang symbol), with the black and white footballs. Its former version had yellow background, but now it has been white field since 2006.

The flag of the Chinese Taipei national football team" never exist. I have no idea where this image come from. I have never see this flag. Chinese Taipei football team always use Chinese Taipei Olympic flag in every competition. This flag is very strange. Chinese Taipei Football Association or team never use this flag. I have never see this flag, too. I think this flag is wrong. Chinese Taipei football team always use Chinese Taipei Olympic flag in every event.

All Olympic flags.
Tai Yu-liang, 06 March 2014

There is never a "white background" flag with the taijitu and the national emblem & flower.
Akira Oyo, 07 March 2014

This is the flag that the last two contributors tells us doesn't exist, and apparently Peace Eye 2000 over in Korea doesn't agree with them, just like http://punjapit.wordpress.com/2010/06/22/taiwans-world-cup-fans-unfazed-by-lack-of-representation/. It's unfortunately that no source is given for Zoltan's contribution, as it's his source that should show there's solid evidence for more than three flag drawing on the Internet.
Peter Hans van den Muijzenberg, 04 May 2014

Flag used during FIFA congress

In the last FIFA congress, a blue flag with the former emblem was hoisted, see here, here and here.
Juan Manuel Gabino Villascán, 03 March 2014

I created Taiwanese flag with blue background as it is used during the FIFA congress. It seems that football size is bigger than it was used on previous emblem.

Chinese Taipei Women's Football Team

The text is 中華木蘭足球隊. "Chinese (Taipei) Mulan Football Team". "Mulan" (木蘭) is an alternative name of Chinese Taipei Women's Football Team.

The flag should show not only in traditional Chinese but also "the name of the team," for example "Chinese Taipei Women Soccer Team," not "the name of the association"- Chinese Taipei Soccer Association.
