author is E.Chernets'kyi.
Cross on three hills symbolizes an old orthodox monastery, which
has given a beginning of a village history.

"The first data about it refers to XVI century. On this
place in ХІ-ХІІІ centuries was a monastery. Village has
received name from a surname of the owner, Shkarovs'kyi."
