Heraldry:
"It was confirmed in August, 22nd, 2001 by the decision of
XIX city council session of III convocation. Square blue panel,
from the middle of the top edge and from the bottom corners to
the center go yellow strips (in width to 1/5 of gonfalon), in the
center is red heraldic rose with the yellow center and green
leaves."

Heraldry:
"It was confirmed in August, 22nd, 2001 by the decision of
XIX city council session of III convocation. Azure; or
pall-reverced cross, in the center is gules rose with or centre
and vert leaves. The shield enframed by or cartouche and crowned
by argent urban crown with three prongs. The authors are
A.Grechylo and U.Grechylo.
The rose specifies the name of settlement which occurs from a
word "red" ("krasnyi"), that is
"beautiful" (for example, "beautiful as a
rose"). Cross symbolizes three railways which converge in
city and personifies one of the basic branch of city economy.
