The arms and flag of Berezne rayon (Rivne oblast, Ukraine) were adopted by local counsil on 9 July 2002.
29 September 2000 is a date of beginnig of competitions.
Blue strip is a symbol of Sluch-river. Other details - flover of flax and birch leaf (Ukrainian "bereza" = "birch").
