divided by white geodetic sign "dam" on two unequal
strips: top, green (2/3), and bottom, light-blue (1/3); at the
centre of the top strip is white bull head."

"Per fess abaised by argent geodetic sign "dam".
Vert; argent bull head. Azure. The shield enframed by or
cartouche and crowned by or village crown. The author is
E.Chernets'kyi.
The bull head symbolizes a nickname of the man, and geodetic mark
his dam. Arm colours symbolize dam on the river речку and
place of a settlement.

"The first data about it refers to XVII century. The name of
village - Bykova Greblya ("The dam of Bull") - beats
off the initial name of a dam on Popravka river, which belonged
to man with a "Bull" nickname."
