I have spoken with the Avon Historical Society, and they do not have a flag.
They wrote:
"Thank you for your question about whether the Town of Avon has a
municipal flag. To my knowledge, it does not. We have a logo which I attached
here, in case you have never seen it. It appears on public documents and some
signage. I will be at the library this evening and will check out files in the
History Room to let you know if there is a record of a flag. If we do, I will be
back in touch. But I am fairly certain there is none because all the Town flag
poles have a US Flag, POW/MIA Flag, but nothing local."

A couple months ago, I asked the Avon Historical Society if they happened to
have a flag, and town historian Terri Wilson told me that as far as she knew,
Avon did not have a flag. A few days ago, I accidentally stumbled upon an image
with an interesting detail in the background, it was a white flag with the Avon
town seal on it. I sent it over to Terri Wilson and she responded with the
following:
The Town Manager’s office says this is the only flag they know
of with the town seal on it. They don’t believe it’s considered “official” but
something that has been in the Council Chambers for many years. They do not know
of any others.
In summary, the flag is the Town Seal of Avon on a white
sheet, except on the flag the seal has a golden outline instead of a black one.
