The flag is made of a golden field with fancy blue corner borders. In the center is a stylized leaf branch with dark blue branches and outline, with light blue leaves. Surrounding the leaf branch are several groups of small dots. Under the leaf branch is the neighborhood name and establishment year, separated by a thin blue line with crossed leaves in the middle of the line.
