The flag of the Township of Wheeling, Cook County, Illinois, is white with township seal on it, as I was told by the Township Clerk Paula Ulreich.
About the township:
"Wheeling Township was officially established on April 2, 1850. On that date the first Annual Town Meeting was held and officers were elected. The population at that time consisted mostly of farmers. Townships were the initial and primary form of government established by the U.S. Congress for the Old Northwest Territory, of which Illinois was a part. Wheeling Township, located in Chicago's Northwest suburbs, is 36 square miles and is home to 156,000 residents. Approximately 1,800 people live in the unincorporated areas."
