The City Administration informed me that the City of Saco, Maine, has no flag.

The flag consists of the seal centered on a medium blue background. The seal is made of two circles. The inner circle is a very light brownish gray, and contains a light brown shield. The shield has a red chevron and a pine cone on each corner. The outer circle reads "DOMINE DIRIGE NOS" and "CITY OF SACO, ME. 1867". Domine Dirige Nos means "The Lord Guides Us" in Latin.

Saco (pronounced SOCK-oh) is a city in eastern York County. It was incorporated as a 'district' in 1762 under the name Pepperrellborough, but was renamed to Saco in 1805. In 1867 it was reincorporated as a city. As of the latest census, the city of Saco had 20,381 residents.
