A light blue flag, containing a stylized shield showing four local landmarks. Near the top is written 'Town of Wells, Maine" and around the bottom "Proud of our Past - Ready for our Future".

Based on the Wikipedia image, the flag of Wells was adopted on December 5, 2002 in anticipation of its 350th anniversary in 2003 and was designed by (from what I could find) the 350th Committee member Kristi Borst. The flag depicts many elements of the past and future (made clear by the motto), including a man plowing fields with his horse for agriculture, what appears to be the Storer Garrison Site, a train for transportation, and the town hall.
