Bethpage is an unincorporated community and census-designate place located in the town of Oyster Bay, Nassau County.

The flag is a blue field with a seal-like emblem in the center. It was unveiled on October 6, 2024 by the Bethage Central Park Kiwanis.

The Horse and Carriage represents the mode of transport at the time of the Bathphage Purchase.
The Lunar Module was built by Grumman Corporation placing the first man on the moon.
The Fig Tree, and fig leaves: In the early Biblical times, Bethphage was known as the House of Figs.
1687 Thomas Powell bought land called the Bethphage purchase
1867 Bethphage name was changed to Central Park in an effort to promote development
1936 the name was changed back to Bethpage (note tje second "H" was dropped)
