A few years ago "edwinart" offered a Fort Ticonderoga Bicentennial flag on eBay (no. 200259731786, end 9 Oct 2008).
Comments (slightly edited): "Roughly 3 x 5 ft / Presentation flag to Alabama Gov. George C Wallace and signed by the designer of the flag Henry A. Fredette. Made by National Nylon ~ 100% Nylon flag w/cotton hoist border. Legible from one side only. Printed graphics." Follows the description of a few small blemishes.
White field with a dark blue saltire, in the centre a red rectangle bearing - within an oval - a blue-and-white rendition of a Ticonderoga cannon in position behind a wall; a white five-pointed star is placed in each corner of the rectangle while white words explain the occasion: above the oval, bowed, "1775-1975" and "BI-CENTENNIAL"; same below, "FORT TICONDEROGA".
More about Fort Ticonderoga from the official site www.fort-ticonderoga.org:
"On May 10, 1775, Ethan Allen, Benedict Arnold, and the Green Mountain Boys crossed Lake Champlain from Vermont and at dawn surprised and captured the sleeping garrison. This was the first American victory of the Revolutionary War."
