Pharr TX has used this logo since at least 2010 to represent the city and the
3-km-long Pharr–Reynosa International Bridge (the world's longest international
bridge). Valentin Poposki posted a small image of the flag, which I then
used with a downloaded logo to produce the image.

The flag with the seal on a white field was designed in 2009. If the flag
drawn by Masao has been in use since "at least 2010",
then the two must be
used together, this being a logo flag.

The previous flag of the City of Pharr, Texas, was white with city seal on it and two borders - blue and yellow. The flag was designed in July 2009. Information and flag image thanks to Gary Rodriguez from the City Administration.
