The city of Harrisonburg is an independent city in the Commonwealth of Virginia. It is wholly surrounded by Rockingham County and sits in the Shenandoah Valley. The city doubles as the county seat for Rockingham, and is also the home of James Madison University. While I have yet to be able to find a flag for the city itself, I was able to find the flag of the
Harrisonburg Police Department displayed at the awards ceremony for the 2007 VACP Conference.

The flag features the department's red shoulder patch centered on a white field.

Camden Townes is a town home community located in the southern portions of Harrisonburg, just off the Interstate 81 exit onto Virginia Route 253.
The flag is a black field with the community logo in the center.

The logo is made of a black sign with an orange outline. Inscribed on the sign is the community name, with the website underneath.
