The flag is a buttermilk field with a double border of red and black. In the
center is what appears to be a city emblem. From what I can make out, it appears
to a seal or emblem version of the city logo.

I'm not sure if this is the current flag, but I've read that a flag of Oak
Hill was presented to the mayor on March 15, 1976. This flag was designed by
Mrs. Galena Iddings, who was announced as the winner of a city flag contest held
by Oak Hill's Bicentennial committee, which concluded in June 1975.

The logo is made of a brown half-ring with a branch sprouting out of it. On
the branch is a yellow and red leaf along with an acorn. Above the ring is the
text "CITY OF" and the town name under the half-ring. Under the name is a
partial circle with the state name on it. Under that circle is the establishment
date of 1903, and the incorporation date of 1925. The logo is surrounded by a
golden outline in a similar shape to the main logo itself.
