This appears to be the flag of Calvin University, featuring the school logo
in white centered on a maroon field. The logo contains the school's name in
white letters--"Calvin" appearing above the smaller "UNIVERSITY"--toward the
hoist and a stylized open book toward the fly, the left side in light grey with
a maroon "C" and the right side in white with a yellow backward "C."

This appears to be the flag of Calvin College before it was redesignated as a
university on 10 July 2019. The design is the same as the current one, though
using a lighter shade of maroon and replacing the word "UNIVERSITY" with
"COLLEGE."

This flag appears to represent the school's athletic teams. It features a
black field with a yellow vertical bar on the fly. The vertical bar bears the
word "CALVIN" in italicized, maroon, capital letters, while centered in the
black portion of the field is a large, maroon, capital "C," outlined in white,
overlaying a yellow lance that points toward the upper fly.
