According to this image on Wikipedia, the flag of Gran Sabana was designed by Carolisbeth Torres, Richard Valenzuela, and Jesús Saturnino Pinto. It was adopted in January or February 2021. The municipality's flag day is September 18.
The star is for an encounter of all cultures, spirituality, and nobility. It also stands for a broad view of the world and environment. The diamond and Angel Falls are a sign of respect and harmony between people and nature. The green in Mount Roraima's name stands for balance, harmony, firmness, profoundness, and spirituality; the chain of tepuis stand for the firmness of the people, the many cultures, and are the location of the spirits of the mountain.
Royal blue stands for the fertility of the soil and the water which nourishes the land, Water gives life, and this abundant water is found in the land's eternal-lasting rivers.
Yellow symbolizes the fruit of work, success, sustainability, the harvest, and the riches of the land. Light aquamarine stands for being immanent, transcendent, which are revealed in an intangible form in the Pemón world. It also symbolizes that God is in all parts and for ancestral communion in the person with nature.

The former flag of Gran Sabana was posted here on Reddit. I am able to confirm this flag's existence through this slideshare, which was created in 2010. The flag appears to depict Angel Falls, a species of sobralia (perhaps the thin-leafed type), a diamond. the sun, sky, and savannah. Sadly, I am unable to find more information about the flag.
