This association was founded by Derkwillem Visser on November 11, 1978 and joined FIAV on 23 December 2001. Following the death of its founder it has been inactive.

Vlaggen-Info (Dutch/English; quarterly since 2000)
Info-FIAV 22 pg.18 indicates that VCDN was remove from membership in FIAV due
to the death of Derkwillem Visser, Jr.
