The Town of View Royal, BC, has a flag located at

The town was incorporated on December 5, 1988 and currently has a population
around 11,000. The flag consists of
the town logo
in the center of a Canadian pale. The pale is blue, white and blue, and there is
a thin gold line between the blue and white.
