In red, on a floating yellow nine-mountain (5,4) a white bear striding to the left.
The bear comes from the St. Gallen monastery, since Wuppenau belonged to the St. Gallen mountain court. The colours are those of the Lords of Leuberg, whose ancestral seat was in the area of the municipality.
