Shield Vert, a watermill's wheel Argent with 16 paddles, superimposing two bends sinister wavy of the same.
Meaning:
The bends wavy are representing the rivers Efze and Beise flanking the municipality. The number of paddles is representing the 16 villages forming the municipality.

Meaning:
The arms look similar to those of Runkel, but I have no evidence about a connection between both.
