Shield twice parted per pale; at dexter Azure, a crozier Or in pale with pannisell of the same; in centre Or, three roses Gules in pale, barbed Vert; at sinister Gules, a wing Argent.
Meaning:
The crozier is taken from the arms of former Arlen municipality, incorporated into Rielasingen in 1936. It is alluding to St. George Abbey in Stein upon Rhine (Switzerland). The roses are alluding to the Lords of Rosenegg, local rulers in Rielasingen in the 14th century. The wing is taken from the former Worblingen arms and also alluding to the Liebenfels family, local rulers in Worblingen in the 18th century.

Banner and arms were approved on 8 November 1974 by the county administration, published in GABl 707/1975, which is remarkable insofar, as the merger took place later on 1 January 1975, published in GABl 660/1974.
