Dannstadt-Schauernheim Associated Municipality Coat of Arms

Shield parted per fess; above Azure, at dexter a cross patty Argent, at sinister an eagle Argent armed and tongued Gules; beneath Or a heraldic rose Gules seeded and barbed Or.orle quartered of Gules and Argent.
Meaning:
The rose is taken from the municipal arms of the namesake municipality, which is also the seat of the entity. The cross is taken from the arms of the Bishopric of Speyer, former local ruler of Hochdorf and Rödersheim, the eagle from the arms of the Counts of Leiningen former local rulers of Assenheim.

Meaning:
Rose and mitre are taken from the former arms of Dannstadt, the bread displays the former arms of Schauernheim.

Shield parted per fess, above Argent a key Azure in fess, beneath Azure a pair of spectacles Argent.
Meaning:
The tinctures are those of the Counts of Leiningen, former local rulers. The key is taken from the former arms of Hochdorf, the spectacles from those of Assenheim.

Rödersheim-Gronau Coat of Arms

Shield parted per pale; at dexter Argent St. Mary standing on a crescent recumbent Or, crowned Or, dressed Azure and holding an orb Azure fixe Or by her dexter hand and baby Jesus Christ, also crowned Or by her sinister arm; at sinister Azure a castle Or with four towers.
Meaning:
The castle is representing Gronau and is a representation of the local moated castle. St.Mary is representing Rödersheim and probably the local patron saint.
