Golzow Coat of Arms

Shield Argent, on a triplemount Vert issuant from base a rooster vigilant Sable armed Or and combed and eyed Gules, holding a green wreath in half circle by his dexter claw.
Meaning:
Rooster and branch already appeared on the historical seal of the village, but neither meaning nor origin are known. Already in 1938 the local council applied for arms using the rooster, but the procedure had never been completed.
