Nordsachsen (English: Northern Saxony)  is a county in the Free State of Saxony, Germany. It was established by a merger of the former counties of Delitzsch and Torgau-Oschatz as part of the reform of August 2008.
The county is located in the plains north and east of Leipzig. The main rivers of the county are the Mulde and the Elbe. The county borders from the west and clockwise the states Saxony-Anhalt and Brandenburg, the counties of Meißen, Mittelsachsen and Leipzig, and the city of Leipzig.
