Hamweddel Municipal Coat of Arms

The shield is divided per bend sinister wavy into silver (= white) over red. Above right is a red wheel with eight spokes. Below left are three silver (= white) trees ordered alongside the wavy bend.
Meaning:
The colours are those of Holstein. The wavy line is symbolising the Luhnau, a creek crossing the municipality. The wheel is symbolising traffic and the historical highway from RendsburgRendsburg to Dithmarschen. The trees are a canting element. The name of the municipality means "ford in the wood".

Jevenstedt Municipal Coat of Arms

The shield is divided per fess wavy into silver (= white) over red. Above is a red dragon statant, reguardant superimposed by a golden (= yellow) sword pointing downwards. The red field below is divided by a silver (= white) pall reversed.
Meaning:
The print of a seal of Jevenstedt Parish from 1528 shows St. George with dragon and sword as his attributes. The attributes are also stressing the close relationship between the subcounty of Jevenstedt and its capital, the municipality of Jevenstedt. The pall reversed is symbolising the ox trail, which had a fork with one branch heading to Neumünster and the other to Itzehoe. The fess wavy is symbolising the Jevenau, a local creek.

It is a red over white over red horizontal triband with ratio 1:3:1. The municipal coat of arms is in the centre of the white stripe.

Schülp Municipal Coat of Arms

The red shield is divided by a silver (= white) fess wavy and a fess of the same colour. The chief is displaying a golden (= yellow) boat on a slipway. The base is displaying a golden (= yellow) three-peaked mountain.
Meaning:
The two fesses are symbolising the Eider River and the Kiel Canal, both crossing the municipality on a parallel course. The boat is alluding to the dockyards and the numerous ship's carpenters. The mountain is symbolising the local dunes. The colours red and white are those of Holstein. The yellow colour is symbolising the wealth and the sand of the dunes.

Stafstedt Municipal Coat of Arms

The shield is divided per bend wavy into silver (= white) over red. Above left is a red bull's head. Below right is a silver half-timbered farmhouse.
Meaning: The colours are those of Holstein. The bend wavy is symbolising the Luhnau, a local creek. The bull's head is symbolising the historical ox trail. The farmhouse is stressing that Stafstedt is one of the primordial villages of Holstein existing for some 900 or 1000 years.

Westerrönfeld Municipal Coat of Arms

The blue shield is divided by a golden (= yellow) pale. The pale is superimposed by a silver (= white) fess wavy. Above right (1st quarter) is a silver (= white) wheel with eight spokes. Below left (4th quarter) is a silver (= white), capsized anchor.
Meaning:
The fess wavy is symbolising the Eider River, the Kiel Canal and the Wehrau, a local creek. The pale is symbolising a tunnel crossing the Canal and being part of the federal road B77. The anchor and the blue colour are symbolising the importance of shipping on the Canal and the Eider River. Finally the wheel is symbolising traffic.
