Blumenthal Municipal Coat of Arms

In a golden (= yellow) shield are two averted flowers, having green leaves and red petals seeded silver (= white). The green wavy chief is divided by a silver (= white) bar wavy.
Meaning:
The arms are canting. Only the bar wavy is alluding to the Eider River.

Mielkendorf Municipality

It green over yellow horizontal bicolour. The lower stripe is broader. The coat of arms is in the centre of the flag.

Mielkendorf Municipal Coat of Arms

The shield is divided per fess engrailed. Above in a golden (= yellow) field are two green oak leaves ordered fessy. The green field below is divided by a silver (= white) fess wavy.
Meaning:
The thorns of the engrailed line are symbolizing the most important buildings in the settlement core; kindergarden, school and firebrigade station under the same roof. The leaves are symbolizing forestal riches, a local hill crowned by oaks, and the former entities of Mielkendorf and Blockshagen, which had been united in 1928. The colours yellow and green are symbolizing agriculture.

Rodenbek Municipal Coat of Arms

The shield is divided by a fess wavy (above: blue, below: silver (= white)) into green over silver (= white). Above is a blue, ascending kingfisher. Below is a golden (= yellow) sheaf with six ears of grain.
Meaning:
The number of ears is symbolizing the settlement cores of Hohenhude, Hohenhude-Siedlung, Rodenbek, Ruhm, Steinfurt und Annenhof. The fess wavy is symbolizing the Eider (river), Westensee (lake), Schierensee Graben (trench?) and the Aalbek (creek). The kingfisher is an endemic species.The grain is symbolizing agriculture as an important business line.

Rumohr Municipality

It is a white flag. The coat of arms is in the centre of the flag. A green wavy line is continuing the fess wavy from the arms to both ends of the sheet.

Rumohr Municipal Coat of Arms

The green shield is divided by a silver (= white) fess wavy on the base with two silver (= white) reed maces issuant and seeded black. Between the maces are two averted, silver (= white) herons.
Meaning:
The name is probably derived from "rough swamp" (German: raues Moor). A connection with the family having the same name couldn't be proven. Thus the arms are canting. The number of herons is also symbolizing the villages of Rumohr and Rotenhahn.
