Introduction

Bevensen-Ebstorf Comprehensive Municipality was created on 1 November 2011, when the former comprehensive municipalities of Bevensen and Altes Amt Ebstorf, i.e. old Ebstorf subcounty, merged.

Bad Bevensen City

It is a green-white vertical bicolour superimposed by the coat of arms shifted to the top.
Coat of Arms:
In a green shield there is a crowned Virgin Mary with Jesus in her arms. They are placed between two church towers, topped by crosses. The whole scenery is of silver (=white).
Source: I spotted this flag on 10 March 2007 in front of the wellness-centre of Bad Bevensen. Though the ratio was that of a banner it was hoisted like a flag.

Altenmedingen Municipality

The flag is white with green stripes at the upper and lower edge. In the centre of the white field is the coat of arms. Acc. to the village mayor however there was no flag in use in 2017.

Himbergen Municipality

It is a plain silvery grey flag with the coat of arms in its centre.
Coat of Arms:
In a silvery grey field is a jumping black stag, above a red heraldic rose having a barbed and seeded green.
Meaning:
Was given in 1980. The stag is symbolising the former name Hinthbergen, where "Hinth" is another word for stag. The rose is taken from the seal of the Todendorp family, whose name is even nowadays present in two parts of Himbergen, Groß-Thondorf and Klein-Thondorf.
The coat of arms was approved on 18 February 1981 by Uelzen county.

Jelmstorf Municipality

The ratio is approx 11:5. It is a white-green vertical bicolour. The coat of arms is slightly shifted to the hoist.
Coat of Arms:
In a silver (=white) field is a green triplemount. The central peak is nearly reaching the top edge. The shield has a wavy silver(=white) base. Above the base is a golden(=yellow) carrier's waggon, loaded with three bales of freight of the same colour.
Meaning:
The three bales are symbolising the villages of Jelmstorf, Addenstorf and Bruchtorf, forming the municipality. The wagon is symbolising that the municipality is located at the old "road of salt". The wheels can also be found in the arms of Samtgemeinde Bevensen. They are symbolising that Jelmstorf is part of Bevensen. The mountain is symbolising an field of ancient graves in Addenstorf. The base is symbolising the Ilmenau creek passing Bruchtorf.

Schwienau Municipality

It's a green over white horizontal bicolour superimposed by the coat of arms.
Coat of Arms:
The shield is divided by a light blue (FIAV-code B-) fessy wavy line with a white roundel on each side. The chief shows the green leaf of a linden tree in a silver (=white) field. The base shows a big silver (=white) stone (German: Findling) in a green field.

Coat of Arms:

Shield Or parted per fess dancetty Gules, on its central point two horseheads addorsed Gules, in base a cornflower Azure with five petals.
Meaning:
The horseheads are of the type, being gable shelves of the typical farmhouses in Lower Saxony. The cornflower (Latin: Centaurea cyanus) is symbolising the rural character.

Wriedel Municipality

It's a green over yellow horizontal bicolour superimposed by the coat of arms in the centre of the flag.
Coat of Arms:
In the base of a golden (=yellow) shield is a green barrulet raguly. Above the line is a green house with outdoor stairs flanked by two bushes of juniper.
