I found photographs online showing the Palacio Municipal in Villa Jaragua. The photos show two flags flying in front of the building - the Dominican Republic national flag and a flag with a coat of arms on a light yellow field that I take to likely be the flag of the municipality. I don't know if the light yellow field is designed that way or due to fading from the weather. In the graphic, I kept the field light yellow until we know for sure one way or the other. The coat of arms features a beachscape scene with mountains in the background, likely meant to represent Lake Enriquillo. The chief of the shield shows an orange sun with 11 rays on a sky blue background, with a palm tree and a another plant flanking the sun. A blue banner above the shield carries the motto "Trabajo es Progreso" ("Work is Progress"), while a red banner below the shield bears the name of the municipality and the country.

Villa Jaragua is a city in Baoruco province in southwestern Dominican Republic near the border with Haiti, close to Lake Enriquillo. The town was originally named Barbacoa, but was renamed Villa Trujillo Valdéz by President Trujillo, naming the town after his father. In 1961, the town was changed to its current name, and it declared an official municipality of the province in 1974.
