Description
A blue flag with a green dragon, the bottom third horizontally striped with nine stripes yellow red (i.e. the Catalan flag). Almost a banner of the city arms, as it appears in Ralf Hartemink's International Civic Arms website. The dragon is the attribute of St Margaret, the local patron saint.
