"Arms: on the shield divided into three parts, on the right red shield a white half-eagle, uncrowned.
The left part of the shield is divided horizontally into two parts: on the upper, red field  is a white kerchief tied in the shape of a ring (from the noble Coat of Arms "Nalecz").
On the lower, white field is a red ox.

Flag: rectangular piece of cloth in the ratio 5:8 composed of two equal parts: yellow and red.
The county Arms are placed centrally on the flag.

White eagle signifies the Arms of all Greater Poland.
White kerchief reminds the Czarnkowski family (of the Coat of Arms "Nalecz") founders and long time owners of the city bearing their name.
The red ox comes from the noble Coat of Arms "Ciolek" belonging to Poniatowski family, owners of the city of Trzcianka and specifically to the father of the last king of Poland Stanislaus Augustus Poniatowski."
