Trzcianka flag
Here is the corrected flag of Trzcianka commune, Czarnkowsko-Trzcianecki
county; flag adopted 1993. German name: Schönlanke.
Gunnar Staack sent in 2000 a flag to the list: white over green, a
red hoist triangle charged with a yellow crown.
However at the communal
site is a flag: yellow over green, a red hoist triangle charged with
a white crown.
This is coroborated in Znamierowskie's "Insygnia, Symbole i Herby
Polskie", 2003, p. 79 (2:3), and several wiki-pages.

Trzcianka Coat of Arms
image by Jarig Bakker, 28 Feb 2008
The Coat of Arms is at this
webpage.
Description: argent a bull gules in base vert; surmounted by a crown
or.
Origin/meaning: The arms of the town (German name Schönlanke) show
a walking red bull. The red bull is taken from the arms of the Counts Poniatowski,
who ruled the area in the early 18th century. Trzcianka received city rights
in 1731 and the arms were granted 7 years later. Later 18th century seals
show the arms of the later rulers of the town, but in 1790, when the town
became part of Prussia, the old arms were restored and have basically not
changed since. Hupp showed the arms in more historically correct colours,
with golden horns and hoofs.
