Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case serifed letters "VILA DO PINHÃO".

Pinhão was one of the ten communes of Alijó Municipality not affected by the 2013 changes ; it had 622 inhabitants in 2021 and covers 3.0 km².
