Shield Azure a chimney Or flanked by two bundles of three olive branches, each Argent fruited Or, in base two bars wavy Argent. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case serifed letters "SANTA COMBA DE VILARIÇA".

Santa Comba de Vilariça is one of the nine communes of Vila Flor Municipality not affected by the 2013 changes ; it had 360 inhabitants in 2021 and covers 11.83 km².
