Here is descriptions of the coat of arms and flag:
Coat of arms:
The blue background color - the color of Jupiter, who is the patron of
science. Other color values: intelligence, as world peace.
Interlacing narrow chevron brace - "stand". Their oncoming traffic and
cross means the two sides the educational process: to teach and
learn. They are also symbolic analogue of the book, accurate knowledge
of today, "open" and that have yet to learn. In addition, overlapping
braced laid stylized acronym UrGPU.
Switches - symbolize the ability, skill, technological and
