A white flag with a light blue ovoid shape (think of a rectangle with rounded off corners) and on it a stylized lower case letter t in white, and on that a map of the county in light blue, and the Arkansas River flowing through it.

According to an article by Tulsa World (https://www.newspapers.com)
, the flag of Tulsa County was adopted on September 4, 1973 by the Board of
Commissioners to display at the September 20 dedication of Estill Park (which
might have a different name today) and at all county facilities. Proportions of
the Tulsa County flag as first adopted were 4:5. The article does not describe
text being on the flag, so could the flag have changed to one saying "Property
of" then reverted back to the original?
