Börde Lamstedt Coat of Arms

In a green shield is a red farmhouse with black half timber and golden roof. The shield has a silver bordure charged with 16 red discs (torteaux).
Meaning:
The farmhouse is typical for the northern parts of Germany. The discs are representing the 16 municipalities belonging to Börde Lamstedt in 1970. German WIKIPEDIA

Presentation of Börde Lamstedt

The five communes Armstorf, Hollnseth, Lamstedt, Mittelstenahe and Stinstedt today form the comprehensive municipality of Börde Lamstedt, which had been established on 27 February 1963, by 13 smaller municipalities. Stinstedt joined in 1967, Armstorf in 1969 and Nindorf in 1970. The number of municipalities was reduced to five by a reforming the administrative structures in 1972.

Hollnseth Coat of Arms

The shield is blue, divided by a silver barrulet. Issuant from barrulet is a golden watermill's wheel. In base are four golden kettle hooks ordered horizontally.
Meaning:
Hollnseth was established in 1972, when Hollen merged with Abbenseth. The barrulet wavy is representing Weser River, the wheel the watermill of Hollen and the hooks the first four farms in Abbenseth.

Mittelstenahe

The shield is silver, divided by a blue fess wavy. In chief are three blue odal runes ordered per fess, in base two ones also ordered in base.
Meaning:
The fess wavy is representing Middelste Aue, a creek and name giver of the municipality. The odal runes (diamonds voided) are representing the first farms in the municipality.
