The Shield Argent, a watermill's wheel Gules playing Azure, flanked by two wheat ears Vert, the whole between two barrulets plain and dentilly Azure. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case letters "CUROPOS - VINHAIS". This village seems to be the only one of its name in Portugal; the reason to add the name of the municipality on the scroll eludes me. Variants reading only "CUROPOS" are possible.
